University Facility Fee Advisory Board
Mission Statement
The mission of the University Facility Fee Advisory Board (UFFAB) shall be to provide guidance and advice concerning the University Facility Fee to the Vice President of University Operations and/or their designee; to review all project proposals for allocations of the University Facility Fee; and to ensure that all allocations of the University Facility Fee will be used to provide new facilities and/or to improve current facilities that directly benefit the students of Colorado State University.
Project Proposals
In order to propose a project for UFFAB funding, the associated UFFAB Preliminary Project Proposal form 
must be completed and submitted using the instructions at the top of the form. This form is in Word format. If a different format is need, please contact Toni Scofield at 970-491-0005.
